Core Loading → Winding Machine → Circular Welding → Roundness Inspection → PCB Board Welding → Housing Loading → High-frequency Heating → Core Stator Assembly → Inner & Outer Concentricity Inspection → Stator Cooling → Performance Testing → Bearing Pressing → Unloading
Rotor Line Process Flow:
Loading → Screw Assembly → Gluing (Catalyst, Double-sided Tape) → Magnet Insertion (Insert S-pole first, then N-pole) → Curing Oven Curing → Rotor Cooling → Back EMF Test → Bearing Pressing → Brake Pad Installation → Unloading
